At 1.00pm I go into the prebudget lockup.
They won't let me out until 7.30pm, when the Treasurer begins his speech to Parliament.
Like I said, the budget speech will be here at 7.30pm eastern time, and instant analysis will be here.
Any last minute tips on things to look out for?
Any thoughts to carry into the lockup?
Any questions you want answered?
Anything you want me to ask the Treasurer during his lockup press conference?
I'll be reading comments (until 1.00pm).

Is there a structural deficit?
If there is how can he claim to be responsible and cut spending to limit inflation?
Why is the Government giving mopney to working families? Why doesn't it limit money to needy families?
Can you please ask why is there this ridicules lockup when most of the budget gets leaked in advance anyway?
Can you confirm that Wayne Swan is in fact Alan Partridge?
Kymbos.
What's with the new fad for "future funds"?? And why are the dividends from cash holdings favoured so much over physical assets that used to deliver healthy dividends while providing valuable roles in the market place.
The NSW government rationalise their planned sale of the electricity industry so allow them to make some cash from the sale to invest in health and education etc... But the federal govt have had the opposite pattern of selling off these assets or collecting the supluses for the purpose of having the cash "in the bank"...
